項(xiàng)目位于海南省海口市秀英港規(guī)劃發(fā)展區(qū)，地處城市中心，面朝大海，且在城市主要干道濱海大道上，是具有地標(biāo)性的總部高端項(xiàng)目。

?？谡猩叹挚偛看髲B的辦公租售中心的設(shè)計(jì)考慮參觀的整體性，延續(xù)辦公公區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格，融合租售中心&辦公展示樣板間的復(fù)合功能，空間主要打造國際風(fēng)范，是總部辦公及海南特色元素的概念復(fù)合型空間。

延續(xù)大堂整體風(fēng)格氣質(zhì)與設(shè)計(jì)語言構(gòu)成，整體大氣，儀式對(duì)稱，特殊桿件節(jié)點(diǎn)，以及材質(zhì)組合及配色；在融入租售中心時(shí)，注意空間大小的轉(zhuǎn)變，優(yōu)化近人尺度的構(gòu)件組合；

此次更注重“角度設(shè)計(jì)”&“體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)”的組合；

　　照明技術(shù)指標(biāo)

1、滿足《建筑照明設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB 50034-2013》各項(xiàng)規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值

2、在落地方面，為保證最完美效果，DASUN嚴(yán)格把關(guān)現(xiàn)場實(shí)施，對(duì)每個(gè)照明區(qū)域進(jìn)行調(diào)光控光，呈現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)所需效果

3、在燈具審核階段要求LED燈具產(chǎn)品都是按照更嚴(yán)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來選擇的，如以下幾點(diǎn)：

A,色溫一致性SDCM≤ 3；

B,顯色性Ra≥90，燈具的控光更好，副光斑更小

C,燈具防眩光要求大于40°；

D,燈具壽命在50000h以上；

精準(zhǔn)計(jì)算空間所需要的照度，保證空間上的功能需求和展示需求的照度，根據(jù)空間的需求選擇合適的燈具，減少不必要的能耗浪費(fèi)，選擇高效能的燈具，保證低能耗同時(shí)達(dá)到目標(biāo)效果。

（1）、項(xiàng)目采用的光源均為LED，節(jié)能環(huán)保；

（2）、用最少的燈達(dá)到最佳燈光效果；與現(xiàn)場施工配合節(jié)點(diǎn)密切聯(lián)系，確保后期方便維護(hù)便于檢修，為之后的運(yùn)營提供方便；

注重空間感受：整體空間色調(diào)偏深設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格簡潔、穩(wěn)重、輕奢；精準(zhǔn)定位空間屬性:營銷中心、以營銷、展示為主。色溫整體規(guī)劃采用3500K、局部采用4000K，空間設(shè)計(jì)遵循人的動(dòng)線，從動(dòng)區(qū)的項(xiàng)目品牌、規(guī)劃、發(fā)展的解說到展示區(qū)的靜享空間品質(zhì)、感受尊貴空間、展示家具材質(zhì)質(zhì)感；燈光氛圍也隨即由高色溫低照度比進(jìn)入到低色溫高照度比， 給人以循序漸進(jìn)的享受。
