　　項目簡介

　　東方之門位于蘇州工業園區星港街199號，建筑高度301米，地處蘇州工業園區CBD軸線的東端。為迎接蘇州工業園區開發建設25周年慶典，提升東方之門及周邊城市夜景形象，對東方之門夜景亮化進行提升。此次工程為東方之門西立面亮化提升工程。項目共計安裝5800余米LED視頻燈條，在幕墻里面形成LED像素屏幕，展示絢麗多彩的效果。因為是燈光改造項目，在原有幕墻裝飾型材上安裝燈具，需要考慮到燈具安裝的固定方式，電源信號總線的敷設，燈具安裝不影響白天的建筑幕墻效果，為此，針對此次燈具安裝的燈槽進行了專門的定制。整個項目共計安裝5800余米燈槽及燈具，44臺16口DMX512分控，40000余米各類電線.

The whole project has installed more than 5800 meters of light troughs and lamps, 44 sets of 16 DMX512 sub-controllers, and more than 40,000 meters of various wires.

　　照明技術指標

　　項目共計安裝1臺主控服務器，1臺核心交換機，10臺工業級樓層交換機，44臺16口DMX512分控器，5800余米15W RGBW全彩LED線條燈，272臺直流開關電源，40000余米管線橋架。整個項目用電量為87KW.

　　節能措施及效果

　　此次東方之門西立面亮化提升工程的所有燈具都是采用節能、環保、長壽命的LED燈具，燈具控制采用目前最先進的：DMX512+RDM系統;燈具的亮度和色度可以根據每天亮燈的不同時間段進行編程控制；系統采用信號監控和反饋技術：智能控制系統在無損顯示的情況下對系統內每一個燈具的實時數據反饋，精準管理，極大地提高了管理效率。
1. LED 燈具的效率不低于90%,功率因素不低于90%。
2. 電力干線最大工作電壓降應當不大于2%，分支線路的最大工作電壓降不大于3%。
3. 優先選用成熟可靠的節能技術和設備。
4. 建立切實有效的節能管理機制。
設置以下四種控制模式：常態模式、節假日模式、重大活動模式和深夜模式。嚴格控制開啟時間、亮度、范圍、切換頻率等，并與區域周邊景觀照明相和諧。

　　照明設計創新點

　　1、定制了LED燈具安裝燈槽，即考慮到與幕墻現有結構的固定，又要考慮到與燈具的安裝固定及總線敷設。
2、因改造項目，考慮管線出墻方式。采用了在避難層在鋁合金百葉幕墻板上開孔，集中出線。因出線過于集中，在最多的出線位置，要敷設38根電源總線和38根信號總線。為減少出線位置的電線數量，針對此項目特地定制RVV2*4+RVSP2*1線纜，減少管線敷設數量。
